1. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility

By registering an account with meja21, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are a resident of Indonesia or are physically located in Indonesia at the time of account use.

3. Account Registration and Use

3.1 Registration Process

To access meja21 services, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address, mobile phone number, full legal name, date of birth, and residential address. You will also create a unique username and secure password.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one account with meja21. The creation of multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held in duplicate accounts.
• Cancellation of any withdrawals pending from duplicate accounts.

3.4 Accurate Information Requirement

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

meja21 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.

You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting software errors, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. meja21 reserves the right to:

• Void all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Close the offending account(s).
• Forfeit any pending withdrawals.

5.3 Promotional Communication

By registering an account, you consent to receive promotional emails, SMS messages, and push notifications from meja21. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account settings, though you will continue to receive essential service-related messages (e.g., withdrawal confirmations, security alerts).

6. Responsible Gaming

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, meja21, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Errors, interruptions, or delays in service, including technical failures, server outages, or network issues.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Any third-party content, links, or services accessed through the Platform.

meja21 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

9. Dispute Resolution

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (after deduction of applicable fees or unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 7 business days.

11.2 Involuntary Termination

meja21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

In cases of involuntary termination for breach of terms, meja21 reserves the right to forfeit all account funds, void pending withdrawals, and ban you from future use of the Platform.

12. General Provisions

12.2 Severability

12.4 Assignment
